In your browser under "File" and "Page Setup":
make sure the header and footer are blank
and set margins to:
Top = 0.3"     Bottom = 0.46"
Left = 0.25"     Right = 0.25"
Under "View":
set "Text Size" to Normal or Medium.

Two print formats:

Full size... ( 8.5" x 11" one page per side )

Or:

Booklet... ( 8.5" x 11" two pages per side then fold in half )
To print Booklet, set your printer for Two-Sided Printing and Multiple Pages per Sheet (2).
