Weather Links - Pilot Charts
Ola Cascadios, A while back there was a request for info about The Pilot Chart Almanac. And there was a couple suggestions as to locating them... (Also available on CD). I was going to suggest the site where you could Download them for FREE. I held off sending it to the List at the time because that site wasn't open then. It is Now. Along with the Almanac, there are several other publications available ie... Light lists and Notice to Mariners etc. Go to: http://www.nga.mil/portal/site/maritime/ and Click on: "Publications" ..... then click on the box at the top "Menu Options" and click on the subject you want... they come in PDF format... and can be saved to your computer or printed out..
* Please note that the North Pacific Pilot Chart is NOT ready yet * but you'll get some of the others .. Quite useful and interesting..
