That email must have:

• Your name (first and last)
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your boat's name
• The number of people coming with you and their names for nametags.
• Whether you are sailing or driving to the sail-in
• If you are sailing
• Boat overall length
• Boat beam
• Docking preference
  (Bow in or Stern in or no preference)
  (Starboard tie or Port tie or no preference)
• Where you are coming from
• When you expect to arrive to the sail-in
• When you expect to leave the sail-in
• Any comments and suggestions you have for the sail-in
